Result Details Product Development Manager - Sweater        Ref. No.: 0120 - 13                  Work closely with design team & merchandising team to identify new opportunities and create products from concept to proto- Monitor sample process to ensure design and sizing standard are met and drive timely proto delivery      - Deliver concept and product presentation to buyers- Responsible for the entire product development and management process from proto to costing - Work with factories on merchandising issues Requirements - University graduate in fashion and textile or related discipline- Minimum 8 years apparel design experience preferable in sweater field- Strong product development background in sweater- Familiar with USA market is preferable- Self-motivated, creative, responsible, good leadership, presentation skills, mature, good time management & pleasant personality- Able to work under pressure & work indenpendently- Knowledge of yarns, materials & accessories- Knowledge of sweater construction & procedure- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese
